Delete your BUZZER account
This page explains how to delete your account for BUZZER, the AI companion app published on Google Play by buzzme space.
Delete your account in the app
- Open BUZZER and sign in.
- On the home screen, tap the shield icon (Safety and privacy).
- Tap Your account.
- Under Danger zone, tap Delete account and confirm. If you registered with email, enter your password when asked.
Deletion happens immediately.
Can’t use the app?
Email [email protected] from the address you registered with, with the subject Delete my BUZZER account. We will check that the request comes from the account holder, delete the account within 30 days, and reply to confirm. We will never ask for your password.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in identity: email address, password credential, and Google account link and display name, and the hashed inbox record that keeps one account per inbox.
- Your wallet: token balance, free-allowance usage, and the ledger of top-ups and usage. Unused tokens are forfeited.
Chats, companions, favourites, memory notes and settings are stored only on your phone and are never uploaded to us. Remove them with Safety and privacy → Erase all local data, or by uninstalling the app.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase verification records (purchase token, product, token amount and date) are kept without your account identifier, so the same purchase cannot be credited twice. Google Play keeps its own order records under Google’s policies.
- Content reports you sent are kept for up to 180 days under a pseudonymous identifier and then deleted.
- Operational logs are deleted within 30 days, quota counters within about 48 hours, and our AI provider deletes abuse-monitoring data within 30 days.
